Who are we?

Probono.help is a contact center for affected people in the war zone in Ukraine, as well as those who have moved outside of Ukraine. Our call center works in Ukraine, and we provide the information you need right now.


We have joined efforts of the Public Liberties Centre (Ukraine), Euroaidan SOS (Ukraine) and PROBONO.BY (Belarus) to help those who need help and information today.

Today, hundreds of telegram channels produce hundreds of thousands of messages every day, information changes so quickly in times of war that it is difficult to find and keep track of relevant data, it takes hours to find verified and relevant information.

How to become a volunteer?

We are now organizing our branches in countries neighboring Ukraine or Belarus. We are looking for volunteers in these countries to help those fleeing the horrors of war from Ukraine and political persecution from Belarus.

These people are scared, confused, tired, traumatized, exhausted — hey need accurate and verified information about the help they can get, the way to solve their problems and the people to turn to.
